Inventory is poorly managed. whatever sub-section the milk falls under is very poorly managed. If there is milk on the shelves when I go in after work i have to look to see if its a day that they jacked up the price .80 cents (25%) most days when they are out its not even in the cooler but one day i got frustrated and walked back into the storeroom and into the cooler and got a gallon from the crates. Security? employees? nobody around! I counted 5 employees in the whole damn store when i looked for help and they were on registers or customer service desk and there were none back in the storeroom because i went back there when I got the milk yelling for help. The store is a joke so I took my business to Ingles. Much better selection. Milk there is always $3.24 and Walmart drops their price to $3.23 rarely then back up to $4.08 or higher to catch you off guard. I don't want to be on guard all the time in case my frequent shopping store is scamming me, so I rarely shop for groceries at walmart any more, or anything else from there if I can help it.

The store has available inventory, professional staff, and courteous employees. what a major difference from the Gresham Rd Store in Atlanta.

I have been in this store and had a cashier read a newspaper while ringing me up. She did not greet me, acknowledge me except to tell me my total, nor did she thank me at the end. Another time, i stood in line, waiting, while the cashier stood at the ATM machine. She saw me waiting and still did not come over to ring me up. When a line formed behind me, a customer behind me started complaining, at which point another cashier rudely told me that the cashier was waiting on me. How could she be waiting on me when she's standing at an ATM machine? When i pointed this out, the cashier became very belligerent, and started to raise her voice. Later, when i called to speak to a manager, i felt as if the manager was speaking from a script and really could care less about my complaint. Needless to say, I will never ever patron this Walmart again!

Selection and service are terrible. Constantly removing items based on computer software. Doesn't matter of you request an item.
