Urgent care my a#!.... You better pack a lunch as a matter of fact dinner too.. Very unprofessional. However, they are super apologetic for what ever that's worth.

Only rating one star because you can't give zero. Came for a pre-employment physical at 10am, they mysteriously "lost" my paper work and had to have corporate fax it again, asked them to check their machine after I got off the phone 30 minutes later they still hadn't checked. I went back to the desk and asked them to please check, finally after sitting in the waiting room for close to 3 hours I was finally seen. 10 minutes to check all your regular signs, blood pressure, height/weight etc, then waited in a room for over an hour to see the one doctor they have here. Absolutely terrible customer service, this is the reason unemployment is so high...job temp agencies send their people here and at wait times like this I'm surprised that nobody walked out. The "receptionists" or whatever they call themselves are absolutely lazy, the slowest moving people I've seen in many years. I will never return to this facility, I'd rather pay out of pocket at a real doctors office.

Wouldn't accept my referral number then 30 minutes later nothing had changed with my status except the receptionist finally asked what to do and they said what I had is what I needed...thanks alot. Sitting for over an hour in a room thinking they are getting me back for getting a little upset. Should just leave been here for 2 hours already. Finally seen 2 1/2 hours in. Heard the person next door they had been there an hour before me. Latex sensitivity and I told them latex allergy and doctor used latex on me. When I noticed an said something he got nervous. Ha sure he is glad it is a sensitivity and not goin to kill me. Apparently nobody warned him. Will not be coming back I hate to leave a nasty review but I chose to come here based on the good reviews so I think it is important. Small office one doctor on duty and a large amount of clientele doesn't work well for business.
