They will call you multiple times before your appointment asking for you to confirm -- but they never seem to write this down. Don't bother calling in to try and ask questions --- no one ever answers the phone or checks the voicemail messages. When calling in to cancel my appointment (despite the fact I really need it, just such poor service I didn't want to bother) the woman who answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional I'm almost sure she's new to customer service.

Dr. Carla Roher is An amazing dentist. she is a wonderful person and is very professional. the review at the bottom is not credibly at all. that is probably someone who is jealous of her awesome skills and amazing looks. plus as Roxthejams said it lacks the intelligence and writing ability of the 23 year-old she CLAIMS to be. who ever you are you need to go through 1st grade again and learn how to write.

Dr. carla roher is a wonderful person. she is sweet and professional in her work. The staff is also friendly and her office is spotless!! i loved being able to watch TV in a massage chair while having work done. the bottom review is mean and completely opposite of her. i would recommend her to anyone!!!

I went to this dentist b/c she was very close to HAAF but I wish I didn't! First off she was NOT professional at all with me. I'm 23 years old and she treated me like I was 13!! She told me a fill-in I already had needed to be redone, it didn't bother me at all but I figured she is the dentist and knows what she is talking about!! I was wrong to trust her!! Ever since my tooth has been hurting to were I couldn't even eat on my left side of my mouth which has been for over 3 weeks!! I just went back and she took the filling out to find out she cracked my tooth while doing the fill-in so now I'm going to get a root canal because of her!! And they made me pay for EVERYTHING!!! She messed my tooth up and I had to pay for her to find out what SHE did wrong!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! I am in sooo much pain because of this dentist Dr. Carla Roher. The office in general is not professional at all~! I gave her 1 star but I really didn't want to but you have to give a rating~!!!! Please save your money and get reviews for dentist, I wish I would have~!!
