Incredible Service I have gotten my shoes repaired here for almost 3 years. The cobbler does not speak good english - but he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They make helpful recommendations and do incredible work. Unless it is busy saturday, turnaround time is within an hour. Strongly recommend this place!!!

Consistently excellent service at all times

I searched on line and read the reviews and had decided not to visit this store, however by happenstance I ended up there anyway. Apparently the owner of the store speaks very little English. So, I can understand the frustration on both sides of the phone for the customer calling and the owner. The shop owner was very friendly and even in person we had to work to communicate, but he seemed to understand exactly what I was saying and was able to communicate back some verbally but also non verbally. I needed some heels cut down and his cost was inexpensive and they were ready in an hour. I was very pleased with his customer service and end product result. So I suggest going to the store instead of calling, you will not be disappointed. The shop is located under the food court in Town Center Mall in Kennesaw.

I have been going to this place for last 5 years and the guy always does a great job. I drop off my shoes and usually shop for an hour and go pick it up. Very convenient!

I called this shop to see if they could do shoe lifts or elevations and the person was utterly confused by the question.
