POOR SERVICE from the PHARMACY!!! I'll be moving my prescriptions somewhere else. My wife submitted a prescription around 3 pm after leaving the doctor's office with my 5 yr old son. He wasn't feeling well so she didn't come back out. I made it there around 7 pm after work and sat behind ONE care in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I decided to back my car up and go inside. The pharmacist informed me that they were OUT OF STOCK. That's not the problem. The problem is that they failed to call me or my wife to inform us after 4 1/2 hrs.. Meanwhile, my 5 yr old is at home waiting to get his medicine. I had to scurry across town to the next Walgreen that has the prescription in stock before they close at 8pm. So unacceptable. I know its standard practice for pharmacies to keep you advised about issues with children's prescriptions.
