This store is terrible with Customer service Most of the Managers act like your bothering them if you need something and there is never a real choice of stock. I still have to go out of town to buy normal items and the price is usually lower in other stores like Columbus, Auburn or even Lanette. this store preys on the fact there is no competition here. Not a fan of this store.

First of all it is sad to say I work in the distribution center that supplies this store and they never have popular items in stock.After reading what I just wrote you would say I'm part of the problem but the sad thing is the other stores we service have most items in stock.Also in the electronic department you can never get help and when you do they have a real bad attitude.Overall I hate shopping here and would rather go out of town to shop

Some of the employees are very rude they act like customers are bothering them when you ask them where something is or to help you find it! Kmart shut down in the city i live in most people feel the same as me with no real competition they no we have to buy there they don't have to be nice we gone spend our money there anyway because all the other stores are out of town.
