Wow. friendliest Wal-Mart I've ever been to in my life. felt like I was in someone's home!
worst walmartI have ever seen Nothing in Stock. Demo model missing on most electronics. Dont waste your money at this location.
I love this store but the thing that I don't like about it is that when you call they don't answer the phone. What kind of customer service is that? They just let the phone ring and ring. No matter how long it rings.
Around 10 p.m. April 1, 2014, only ONE checkout lane open, with 12 customers in line. Told three people standing around in Customer Service (which had only ONE person working and half a dozen people waiting in line). Nobody even bothered to reply, much less do anything. Apparently, they told someone else that only one cashier was on the schedule. This means that no supervisors are cross-trained and able to step in to assist customers with checking out of the store. This is crappy management -- poor scheduling and inability to anticipate, much less solve, problems. In addition, most of the meat in the meat department was less than 48 hours away from expiration. I did not buy several items because I couldn't find any of the same type with a longer shelf life. I'm glad I didn't buy any frozen food, since it would have thawed while waiting in that long line. The cashier was exceptionally (for that store) pleasant and obviously doing her best. Stocking the shelves is always spotty. Half the time it looks like the store is going out of business. As poorly as this store is managed, maybe it should.
Worst Walmart ever I will never return to this location horrible customer service two lanes open with over 200 customers Garden Center doors locked. This location would be better off closed. I would rather pay more elsewhere than to step foot back in this store
