I visited Madison Family Dentistry on Nov 10 for a routine cleaning and checkup. I was seen right on time. The staff are very personable and Dr. Marie is a great dentist. I couldn't ask for more.

I went to another dentist who was having a "new client special". It took me a month to get the initial appointment. Turns out I had an abscess and my tooth needed extracting which explains the constant jaw pain I've had for months. They didn't have another appt. available for the extraction for another month and a half...meanwhile I'm in pain. I called Madison Family Dentistry and they got me in the next morning, requested my X-Rays from the other office (because it took so long for the other office to respond they had to take an X-Ray in the office but didn't charge me for it!). I'm a very nervous person by nature but Dr. Detienne was very calming and understanding through the whole process. She even called to check on me that evening. I'm very very happy with the service I received and I'm happy to have found a new family dentist.

I have been terrified of dentists since I was a teen, but Dr. Detienne has "cured" me with her gentle manner and her professionalism. She is thoughtful, intelligent, up-to-date with the latest procedures and she communicates with me, letting me know what she is doing and why. I appreciate that tremendously. She keeps my mouth healthy. Her office is immaculate and comfortable and the staff is friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better dentist, a more relaxed atmosphere and a better staff. I highly recommend her, and I don't routinely make recommendations. In this instance, however, my recommendation comes after years and years of visits to dentists' offices. You can't go wrong with Dr. Detienne.

Dr. Marie and her office staff are all very professional with modern up to date equipment at her office location. She is very caring and wants what is best for you. She has given me my smile back. She truly gives you a good experience of going to the dentist. I highly recommend her for your family dentist.
