I had awful experience here. It was a waste of my time and I did not even get a single thing done here after waiting two weeks for my appointment after I called to try to set up a appointment. All I wanted to get done was a full mouth X-ray to see what work I needed to get done to fix my teeth. I come in today and they tell me I need to see a different doctor to get that done and make another appointment which means a longer wait after I already waited two weeks just for that appointment. To be such a big chain dentist office they sure make you wait such a long time to see them and they are advertised in urgent care centers if you have any teeth pain. By the time you see them you could be dead. Then they had uped the prices than what i was told over then phone. Iv'e done my research of dentist around the area and they are by far the worst prices around the Mcdonough area. Needless to say I am still here in pain , still waiting to get my teeth fixed.

My first visit was last week for cleaning and x-rays with Alison and exam with Dr. Hays. Her and Dr. Hays made for a very pleasant visit. I had not been to the dentist since last September and that was a terrible experience with a new dentist whom I never went back to! Need less to say I was gun shy walking in the door. My second visit was this past Saturday with Dr. Hays and Connie for build up on a tooth in preparation for a crown. Again I was pleased, even the needles didn't hurt! Dr. Hays explained everything he was doing before he did it and Connie did an excellent job assisting! Each time the ladies in the front office have been friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!
