Chad runs a good operation. As of April 19th 2009 Body Vision will be open 24/7. I write this review after i cancelled my membership at IQ fitness in Rockmart and signed up with Body Vision. I joined the new IQ fitness because of their 24/7 capablitity...i joined Jan 9th and the gym opened two weeks later...a week late. Then they were unable to open 24/7 until late feb. My wife and i work and have two small children and can only exercise after hours. I was told by an employee there we would not be charged our monthly fee until 30 days after they were 24 hour capable. Wrong. Charged anyway. (Late Fees!) i have worked out there two weeks and i get late fees? No one returns Phone calls. All the employees there are young and rude and are straight out of college. They have no idea about problem solving or customer service. Do not waste your time with IQ fitness...just a bunch of pompous new "trainers".

I am very disappointed in the service at Body Vision. When I signed up for memebership, they had a "promotion" going on, and every one was nice and very eager to help and ask questions. Once I was signed to a membership, the whole staff including the owner, was rude and seemed to be 'bothered' when I had a question...When I asked someone to show me how to use a piece of equipment, they said "Yeah", but after waiting 25 mins, I gave up....as I walked out, I over heard the person talking about "prom plans"....I do not pay $40 a month for rude service anymore...I have taken business else where...I suggest you do the same!!
