This small family owned business has some of the worst, elietest, and simply ungrateful attidudes i have had to indure. Example of poor service: I went in to get a pair of my childs frames repaired that has a lifetime guarentee on them. They tell me that THEY are only supposed to replace these lifetime guarentee frames ONE time. Are you kidding me?! They only care about profit and not the customer. They just lost 2 customers from my family that spend an obsurd amount of money on their product and services.
