I went in on a Monday to make a top partial teeth like plate made. I would say they are somewhat professional but took all day just to make those moldy things and then the teeth made. When I got my teeth made, and tried them in, the lady that made it and adjusted them slammed them in my mouth knowing my mouth was still in the healing state, and bled all over the teeth. Tried it again, they stayed in went home, started getting in serious pain, and fought with getting them out and it ripped a piece of my gums out due to the crappy glue the woman put on it. I know it was a matter of getting used to but she was handling me very roughly, very un professional. But my teeth look great, still needs some adjustments. Overall, It's okay. 3/4***/****
