I love this dental office. Judy up front is super nice and never forgets who you are. Robin is a really sweet and funny lady who definitely cares about her clients. Sarah is also a very nice hygienist and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. And then of course, Dr. Busbee, who seems to be an all around good and friendly dentist. I can't wait to do more business with this office, as I know they're not just about money. They really do care about their people. They get you in right away and the scheduling for appointments is never a long wait. I will never go to another dentist as long as I'm in Savannah

The office obtains information directly from the insurance company regarding coverage. BCBS sent fax the day of the visit that 100 percent coverage for preventative services. Fax provided the patient and both insurance company and office provided Explanation of Benefits. X-rays are taken to determine condition of area between teeth and below gumline which cannot be seen with naked eye. Cases of oral cancer have been found with x-rays when there were no symptoms. X-rays are not taken based on insurance coverage they are taken to determine oral condition and treatment needed.
