I wouldn't even give one star. Never in my 32 years have I been treated so badly. I had just had surgery and needed my loratab filled. My original script was filled at rite aid in greensboro but I was visiting my fiancee in warren county and didn't want to drive all the way back to greensboro and was in horrible pain. I had the pharmacist on my cell phone so she could give the pharmacist the info and fax my script to him to fill. He hung up on rite aids pharmacist and told me very rudely that he would not fill it. I will never go there again. I would rather be in pain than give them one cent. Bad customer service and I am going to write up an ad to put in the local newspaper. I want everyone to know how unprofessional this pharmacy was.
