Dr. Reid Saito and Dr. Michael Wong work together in the same office, but my Optometrist is Dr. Saito. Can't say enough great things about the level of service and quality of care I receive from Dr. Saito and his staff. The office is great looking and conveniently located near Ala Moana. Parking in the structure is awesome because stalls are big and it's free, too. There's even valet parking! Dr. Saito always takes the time to explain his findings and what to expect, as far as my vision is concerned. I never feel hurried or intimidated to ask questions. These are just a few reasons I gave his office 5 stars!

Dr. Saito and Dr. Wong share an office, but I go to Dr. Saito. Dr. Saito is excellent, he explains things well and pays excellent attention to detail. Scheduling is flexible and the staff is helpful. My daughter goes as well and likes it. Great town location near Ala Moana with trouble free parking, stalls are big and it's free, too.

Dr. Saito provides a very professional and in depth eye exam. He always explains the tests he is giving. His staff is friendly and very efficient. I have been a patient for over 4 years now, and very happy.
