About 17 years ago I went to Dr. Kobayashi for a tooth emergency. I was very hesitant about going to the dentist, but I immediately felt at ease upon my first visit. The receptionist and staff welcomed me. They were all professional, and the office was organized and clean. Dr. Kobayashi immediately took care of my teeth and made me feel comfortable. He was gentle and had a graceful charisma. I was so content with my experience I decided to bring in my children. My children never enjoyed going to the dentist, but with Dr. Kobayshi they too felt comfortable after their first experiences. Till this day my children and I see Dr. Kobayashi and his staff for general dental needs. As a long time educator I am confident referring Dr. Kobayashi to all of my friends and family. He exhibits professionalism, kindness, and he easily puts you at ease. I am happy to have him as a dentist, and I believe you will too.

Kobayashi's office has professional staff. The receptionist is organized and friendly. Kobayashi is patient, friendly, and available to answer all questions, comments and concerns. His staff work efficiently to get you in and out of the dentist office in good time.

Tried to reach this Doctor for a dental emergency. (A good friend has had him for years. . .) The office was closed but had a phone number for emergencies. Called the number, only voice mail. Left a message but NO call back! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! 😯 (Feeling sorry for my friend. . . )

Definitely not a good dentist. Here is my story. Had an appointment one day to get my fillings done on my front teeth. He didn't do a good job at it because he totally changed the shape of my front teeth that looked much crooked. Nothing can be changed to return it to normal. Had to live with this mistake for the rest of my life.

I am here visiting from Rockport, Massachusetts. My back tooth broke in half. Dr. Koayayashi squeezed me in the same day, presented me with a few options. I ended up choosing to pull the tooth out. His quote was very reasonable. I found both the Dr. and his staff to be very professional, curtious, and friendly. Dr. Kobayashi even did a follow up call to check on me! If I lived on Maui, he would be my dentists!
