Receptionist named Patty was very rude on the phone yes I know I was late but she brought it upon herself to berate me over the phone and then she straight up lied to my face and told me that they do not schedule appointments for anyone anymore if they are late I had to ask other staff members in a different part of the building just scheduled an appointment which was not a problem for them they were actually able to slip me in that very day
