Everyone here I've been seen by has been great; even the oral hygienists were very nice despite my somewhat poor teeth. They spoke to me like an adult instead of being condescending and scolding and helped me to figure out a routine that worked and was easy to maintain! They did a great job with my fillings too.

They are the first dentist office I called, and I have no insurance. I'm new to Cedar Rapids, and really hope that these are not standard rates for the area. I will try a few more.

I started having an infection on a thursday. Called them and they told me to come in on next wednesday. By Monday evening I was in the worst pain I have ever been in (I run marathons and once ran one with a severely sprained ankle for 12 miles so I can deal with pain). I called them on Monday night and they could not get me in until "earlier" on Wednesday. Tuesday evening on was a nightmare of pain and suffering that I would wish on no one. I was unable to sleep and had to chew on ice to alleviate the pain if only for a few seconds. Anyway, I went to the office when it opened as my appointment was not until an hour later. With my ice cup in hand I told them how much pain I was in and they HELD ME TO MY SCHEDULED TIME! People are going in there with general cleanings and I am doubled over in pain! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT OFFICE AGAIN.

Not going back. One dentist dropped a crown down my throat. Another made inappropriate sexual comments. No reason to go back there.
