I would like to know if all paients are treated like I have been or is it due to the fact I'm on TitleXIX. Had work done on top and bottom right side and have been in such TERRIBLE pain ever since. I get the run around and get shipped of to an oral surgen that sends me back to Vidal. I call the office and treated like crap AGAIN, like my time isn't valuable nor my health! I am supposed to be on antibiotics before any treatment let alone when said treatment goes bad. I am treated like crap, to put it nicely, when I runn out of pain killers and refuse to help me putting it off on the oral surgen and then tells me at 5:45 that they will cal in a scrip for me but didn't call to tell me this before thier office closed to find out where they were calling one in for me SO HERE I SIT WITH NO PAIN MEDS READY TO COMMIT SUICIDE!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't want to treat people the way a proffesional should you had better get out of business! I have never been in this much pain in my life thanks to Dr. Vidal and he doesn't care one bit!!! My time is valuable too and nobody should have to go this long in pain when I didn't hurt like this before he worked on me and then not wanting to help at all. Not much for a Dr. in my book. This is just unexcuseable!! He should be suied!!!! I will be turning him in to the state as he shouldn't be treating people on Title XIX if this is how he treats people. Well, I thought I'd try calling Dr. Vidals after hours phone number..Bad choice again! All the man could do was yell at me! Wouldn't listen one damn bit. Asked if he could get me something for the pain just until morning and he yelled at me that I'd have to deal with it as he wasn't going to help and I could call the office in the morn to get an appointment like everyone else. I've got one the jerk..Kept yelling and I finally hung up..Couldn't even understand half of what he was yelling about. I give up I'll never go back to him. I was told by 5 others not to but he was the only one I could find that took Title XIX, I'll pay for a good dentist before I'd ever let him touch me again after all I wasn't in pain before I went to him!!! He is definitly not professional!
