TERRIBLE! They do NOT care about customer service AT ALL. I have had to call and complain about my bill increasing each month and they never have an answer for me, nor do they care to correct the problem. Half the time my TV doesn't work because they are "updating their service" or whatever excuse this PAIGE girl can come up with. Every time I have called with a question or concern it is the same girl who answers....and it's the same girl who is extremely rude and does not care about customer service. If this is the person you want working for you, than this is the type of review you get. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
these guys are terrible. I paid for 16 meg service barely get 1.5. never more than 3. called customer support I think they put my number on a list of to not answer calls. Didn't return my email left on there web site. Will cancel service if I can ever get ahold of them.
I live in an apartment building and whenever a new tennant moves in and the Vision Systems techs come out to setup their internet/cable/phone, our internet goes out. Because I have a Linksys modem, they always blame that even though nothing was done to the modem. They keep trying to blame it on my equipment, but when they come in on a service call to check everything, its fine. When they go down to the "wiring room" and check things out, the internet comes back and we get to wait until the next people move in. Bad service, bad customer support, and bad tech support. The only reason we have them is because they have an agreement (monopoly) with our apartment complex.
