This evening a patient went in who struggles with co-occurring addiction, depression, ptsd, and anxiety. He was completely inebriated; luckily two siblings assisted him. His family has been trying to get him to go to the ER for months. He finally decided to go. On Monday his Dr. informed him that his White Blood Cell count was 83,000. This, needless to say is quite concerning. His Dr. suggested he should go to the ER. This evening he was there for over SEVEN hours. He explained, with his siblings to the Dr. that yes, he was suicidal, and yes he would harm himself. They took his blood, then he sat for HOURS with NOTHING! No communication, nothing. After 5 hours and him being heavily sedated with an Ativan Patrice from BHC comes into evaluate him. Although he said that yes, he was suicidal, she decided that he was not in any imminent danger. He is vomiting blood, unable to keep food down, has suicidal ideation, was recently prescribed an anti-depressant that increased his suicidal ideation, and yet Patrice felt as if he was not in imminent danger. He was released with an Ativan. Horrible! Unprofessional! Unacceptable!

Excellent experience. My wife got her gall bladder taken out and they were very informative and explained everything so well. I would go back any day.

Labor and Delivery: My husband and I loved the free Prep. class they offer there. During my own Labor and Delivery, I had some really great nurses and some not so great ones. After Labor and Delivery I had good and great nurses.

My husband had shoulder surgery and for a day surgery the bill was over 31359.50 for 9 hours and we was suppose to be able to leave at noon ish but after the surgery for his shoulder he could not feel his right leg or foot. hum surgery for shoulder affects the foot and we get to pay for that. I think it is robbery for what they charge. Mountain View is looking better to me all the time

Very very poor.. my mother is terminally ill I stayed the night with her the first night the machines kept beeping I called for help and waited more than an hour before anyone helped .I asked if they are short on staff and the answer was no. They have plenty staff members .idk what the hell they are doing ..I do not recommend this place for any of your loved one ..
