Three years ago, my family moved to Parma, Idaho from Nebraska. We are so fortunate that Trailridge Family Dental is located in Parma! This is, by far, the best dental facility that I have ever been to. I grew up in California and always had premium dental insurance so I always took meticulous care of my teeth. When I retired in 2005 and moved to Nebraska, I lost my dental insurance and spent the next 6 or 7 years unable to afford going to a dentist. After moving to Idaho in late 2012, I was, once again, able to buy Delta Dental insurance through my retirement program. By this time, my teeth were in horrible shape. I am a chronic drinker of soda and it has taken it's toll on the health of my mouth. Dr. Stevenson and his staff have been a godsend! From day one, they have treated me, my daughter, and my granddaughter like members of their own family. I had a lot of work to be done but have never been judged for not taking care of my teeth sooner. I first went in with an abscessed tooth and since then, have had 5 teeth extracted, a partial made, and many cavities filled. I have always been treated with kindness, concern, and respect. I have had some major work done and everything possible was done to insure my comfort and pain control, during and after my appointment. Everybody there, from Carrie at the front desk, to Heidi (dental hygenist), to April and Daniel (dental assistants) to Dr. Stevenson himself are cheerful, friendly, and only want what is best for their patients. I know that I am leaving some very important people out and I apologize for that......every single person there is absolutely wonderful! My 7 year old granddaughter loves going there, even when it is not her appointment! They treat her like she was their own! Kaylee has had a couple of cavities filled and sealants put on. She insists that they did not give her a shot, they used a magic wand so it would not hurt! That is how gentle they are. What 7 year old is excited to go to the dentis, even if it is not her appointment! Aside from their dental skills and state of the art equipment and procedures, they are very active in our community. Every year, they do a day of free dental for children and a separate day of free dental for adults. They do all procedures for free on these days....they don't just do the simple and cheap procedures, they do what the patients need done. They collect clothing and food for the needy in our area, they go to the elementary school and do checkups and sealants on each child free of charge, and they participate in every town celebration. They also have a yearly "Patient-palooza", a patient appreciation event where they rent our local drive-in theater and provide a current family movie and popcorn and soda as a thank you to all of their patients. They also do raffle drawings for everybody who refers patients to their office and these are not cheap little gifts either! They have given huge propane grills, Kindle Fires, and, I believe, even an amazing trip! The gifts and prizes are not the reason I go to Trailridge Family Dental but it does show that they care. I go to Trailridge Family Dental for their quality, affordable care and the best patient care I have ever experienced. I am 54 years old and have had my share of dental/medical care. I have never had the quality of care and service that I have experienced at Trailridge. I have recently had to go back to California to take care of my elderly parents and even though it is a 10 hour drive back to Parma, I gladly make that drive just to keep my dental and cleaning appointments. I know that I am in good hands with Dr. Stevenson and his staff and always get the highest quality care available. I highly recommend this facility and I challenge anybody to find a dental office that could provide better care.....it just isn't possible!

I have been to a few different dental offices in my life in big and small cities, I have never had the experienced the care provided by Trailridge Family Dental before! Outstanding patient care and very personable! The staff really cares about my dental health and what is important to me! I think where ever you may live, Trailridge Family Dental is worth the drive! Excellent!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Stevenson is thorough and practical. I actually enjoy my trips to the dentist office.

I will never search for another dentist office again! As a new client, I was given a tour of the office, a welcome card from the dentist, offered a bottle of water, and given a company mug. I felt right at home from the start. The staff were very friendly and gentle on my teeth. I also enjoy the advanced technology of the office with their oral scans for cancer and TVs in every room. There's even binoculars in every room to view wildlife! I felt like a valued customer and am comforted knowing that I am in good hands at this dentist office!

I love this dentist office so much that we drive a long distance to go to there. As a new patient you typically get a tour of the office on your first visit. They have excellent customer service and the Doctors, Hygienists, and other office personnel are very knowledgeable, professional, and good at what they do. My kids look forward to dentist visits, which is awesome!
