Very disappointed in this Walgreens pharmacy. I went to pick up my medications and they didn't have it in stock, so I informed them, I don't want this medication anymore, and I will ask my doctor to prescribe me a different one. After 5 days I went to pick up some other medication, they informed me I have another prescription too. Knowing my husband has automatic prescriptions there, I was assuming it was one of his and payed for both. I realized at home it was my medication the one I thought I cancelled. I went back the same day, and asked them for a refund, that I didn't receive. I would understand if it would be a medication that they already mixed, and can't sell to anybody, but that's not the case, those were drops in original box, that they claimed they didn't have a seal (however I received it without the seal!). I wish the manager would have a little compassion, and realize that people who come to pick up medication, are usually sick people that already spent a lot of money on doctors and medication, and they don't think so clearly as healthy people. Especially when I told the manager that informed them I don't want that medication anymore, I would think she would fill a little remorse taking my $40 and $200 insurance money, but that wasn't the case. I was using Walgreens for about 15 years, but I will definitely not be filling my prescriptions there anymore.

Store employees are very helpful - they have maintained their friendliness since store opening....
