I hated this Clinic so much. They know nothing about their jobs. I consulted with them for wisdom teeth extraction but they could not do right for insurance claim. They charged me more than 200 dollars for just consulting. And it took me about 1 hours to pay the bill as they made me to call my insurance company 4 times. I am so impressed by how irresponsible almost all of the staff were. The time I spent at Carle to actually take out my teeth is shorter than to pay the bill to Christie Clinic.

A Horrible Organization. First of all we went to Provena to get treated for a heart condition. Without our knowledge Provena treated us using a 3rd party Christie Clinic Doctor. We found out when the bill came from Christie clinic. We were under a Financial assistance program from Provena and apparently it doesn't cover doctors from Christie Clinic that we didn't know about in the first place. So we go to pay the bill and 2 months later we get another bill from the collection agency. Apparently there was 2 bills. So we called the Christie Clinic financial office and they said they don't know anything about the 2nd bill even though it has Christie Clinic logo and name on it. Then they told me that its from their St Louis Office. How many more surprise bills are we going to get from Christie Clinic that they don't know about. They are unorganized and not at all friendly. And apparently they don't know about the bills they send out. All they know is that you just have to pay it.

Yikes, where did all these negative reviews come from? I've been a lifelong Christie Clinic patient and they've always done fine by me.

Our medical system needs to care more about people without insurance and no money who work hard every day. Screw the Republicans who fought healthcare. We should've just gone to single payer and been done with it.

I have been a patient at Christie Clinic since I was born. I have always received excellent care and have never left an appointment feeling my questions and/or concerns were unanswered. I moved away for college but became established with Dr. Walker when I moved back. He is an excellent provider, and I feel that he actually listens to what I say and provides me with options and information for care so that I can make educated health decisions that are right for me. I was also referred to see a cardiologist, Dr. Kocheril, and have felt the same amount of care and compassion in this department as well. My concerns were not disregarded because I'm "too young to have heart problems", and I received a diagnosis and treatment plan that has caused me to feel the best that I have in a long time. I could not be happier with Christie Clinic's services.
