Dr. Herman is a very nice man, however his staff could use some work. Both receptionists can be very rude. They harass you in front of other people upon checkout if you owe them anything.... even if it's only a very small balance that has been paid on monthly from something they performed without checking to see if it was covered by insurance..... Don't even think about walking in 5 minutes late... You'll hear about it... I'm not kidding!!! Also one of their hygienist (rhymes with Cody) can also be moody/unpleasant... Not a real people person. Does not make you feel comfortable at all... They don't seem to have a lot of patience with kids either therefore not making them an appropriate choice for kids under 12. Have put up with it for over 2 years... Will be going elsewhere...

To hell with Scott Herman and everyone associated with him! My mouth has never been the same after having work done there. Absolutely do not go to Scott Herman, He's a hack in the worst way! Money hungry uncaring piece of garbage, Scoundrel! Save yourself, find another dentist!
