I called to verify that they are a VSP provider (according to VSP they are) and the woman Sandy who answered the phone was very rude. First she said no we are not, when I told her that the provider page shows all the Marion Eye Center locations, she said I'm sitting right next to the girl who does billing and she said we aint. I told her they may want to have themselves removed from the provider website and she replied whatever and hung up. I guess I bothered her by calling and asking a question at 10:30am. I have never really liked MEC just because of this reason(I have had to use them in the past due to insurance), if you call to set up an appointment it takes forever and they are extremely rude. Then if you do get an appointment you sit forever and wait for it, they are still rude. I made an appointment with another provider and although not as large as MEC the receptionist was very polite and I look forward to giving them a try. I'm beginning to wonder how they can stay open because this attitude tends to be at most of their locations.Don't worry MEC I will not bother you again nor will anyone I know.

Marion Eye Center reminds me of when you see one guy or gal working with twenty standing around doing nothing. The management seem to be clowns which makes one wonder how well an Optometrist will do. I waited there for two hours in the waiting room with no service and had an appointment. So either they couldn't see the clock or they didn't know how to tell time.

Great staff, Wonderful doctors. Highly recommend!
