I made my first appointment and I forgot to go to it. I got a call from Barbie the receptionist told me I couldn't reschedule that they would call if an opening came available. Later in the week Barbie called me to schedule a appointment for a cleaning. I went and I waited in the lobby for over 30 min past my scheduled time. I guess this was punishment for missing my last appointment. They made me a appointment for a few fillings later next week. I worked all night and forgot to set my alarm and which she called to tell me I missed my appointment. Today I get a letter telling me well we are charging you 65.00 for your missed appointment. Well I'll just go some place else that cares about their patients and isn't all about the money.
