I always have a lot of issues when I am calling about an item I bought. I normally don't take the time to write reviews but I absolutely dislike the Walmart in Pekin. I bought a Combo Shelf Set and one of my shelves were cracked. I politely asked if someone can check to see if they have another set in stock. The lady rudely said no because she was the only person behind the desk. I proceeded to ask if she can page someone to check or if she can check it through the computer since I had the barcode number in front of me. Again, she rudely said she could not do that for me. I asked to speak to a manager and within a response, I was put on hold for 15 minutes (with no answer). I hung up and called back, the same lady picked up and I asked to speak to a manager. Within seconds, the manager answered who proceeded to speak to me very rudely about my issue. The service is so insufficient it is unbelievable! I just wish there was more I can do to get corporate involved at this Walmart's location because it is not the first time I have had issues. I face palm myself as to why I continue to go back there after all these complications.

Well waited 15 minutes just to get fabric cut. Still nobody. Page for help, none comes. Call the store, it just rings with no answer. It is the worst run Walmart I've ever been in. None of the workers who work last, and they keep all the rude, lazy, ignorant slobs who hide from helping customers and doing work.

This is the best Wally World I've been in. Nice , friendly people, and always have good prices. Electronics is just great with the cell phones, and plans. They are always nice to me, what more can you say?

I hate Walmart.

to Oct 4, 2010 Unreal when you have children and they have a throw up then yes it is your responsiblity to clean up after your child why should someone at walmart who is punderpaid have to clean up after you or anyone elses kids, Although I think they could have offered you a towel or something to make it easier on you or the women whos kid threw up.
