I have a yearly checkup and get my contact prescription renewed each year. Always a professional staff. I like the idea of seeing the same doctor year after year. I waited a little long this year and was on my last month contact before making the appointment. They gave me the exam, an extra contact in case I damaged mine, and had my new contacts ready for pick up in just a few days. Couldn't ask for a nicer experience.

I had the works done with an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. After we paid the bill IN FULL ($350), we received a phone call about a week later, explaining that we still had a remaining balance of $60. We decided to take care this in person so we promptly returned to vision center the next day. We demanded that the secretary itemize the bill, because we knew that it had all covered the previous week. The secretary went to the back, returned, and said that "there had been a mistake, now the charges are dropped". We knew that they would've accepted our money, but fortunately, we demanded an itemized bill. I caution anyone else who decides to use this small business. Less rules and regulations are enforced so "slip-ups" like this one are likely to reoccur! I recommend a larger corporation like Lenscrafters or even Wal-Mart. DO NOT GO TO THIS MONEY DUMPSTER.
