I LOVE Mark Drugs in Roselle! The employees are always friendly and helpful when I have questions. I regularly have a prescription for my cat compounded there and use several of their own label Synergy Blends supplements. They have a great on-going deal on the Synergy Blends products where you get one free when you buy three. Mark Drugs is not your usual drug store. You won't find a row of candy bars, greeting cards or toys here. Instead, they are dedicated to your health needs and carry quality supplements, books on natural health topics, prescription medications, an assortment of hard-to-find health items, and home medical equipment and supplies. They even have a boutique especially for mastectomy patients. Dr. Mark is big on patient education and the store hosts free presentations on various health topics featuring guest integrative medicine physicians. It's worth the trip to Mark Drugs just to see the "museum" of vintage medicine bottles and artifacts. Check the hours before you go. They are closed on Sundays and close earlier on other days than typical "drugstores."

Still no improvment in customer service... I have a dog tht requires a compounded medication. She liked the strawberry, but I was talked into beef, by one of the employees. That was a big mistake..I gave it to the dog and you would swear I gave her bitters.. Now she is acting weird. I called and talked to one of the owners, he said it was made right, and even though it was a recommendation by one of his employee's his solution, he would be happy to remake at a cost to me of $45 (the price of a medication) I told him no, I didn't believe he should gain from a bad situation. I can't bear it, I love my dog so I'm looking for another pharmacy

While I am greatful that I (and my family too) am able to obtain some of our medications from your pharmacy, we may begin to look for another facility to fill said prescriptions. Alyse (Elyse) is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken too in the retail business. She is consistently rude not only to me but other members of my family who also use your pharmacy. Professionalism and kindness go a long way when running a business that is "cash and carry." Luckily, there are others available that care about the customers and not just the paycheck. Someone should talk to this employee in particular becuase she may be the cause of you losing customers.
