I had a backpack which the straps needed repair. I spoke with Steve, who could not have been nicer. They fixed the tear and reinforced the insertion of both straps with leather. I was floored by the quality of the work. It turned out better than I had hoped. This was all done in a few hours on a Saturday as a walk-in. I would definitely recommend their repair services.
