Let me start with saying that we have drove approximately an hour each way for three years to come to this office and I wouldn't hesitate to do that again. I am extremely pleased with the care we have received at Bauer Hite. Everyone here is beyond friendly. I like that they remember my son when he comes in. Making appointments are always easy with Holly, she is happy to make an effort for us to go to Vandalia when possible. She always acknowledges when anyone walks in the door and you can tell she is smiling when she answers the phone. Seems as tho friendly customer service is getting harder and harder to find now a days, but this office has got it down pat. Free coffee, water, and juice are a nice treat. The office is always clean and updated. The girls always seem to make the patients feel special and not just another patient! Way to go ladies! I will always recommend this office to my friends!

Top-notch care, technology, and services are provided by Bauer-Hite Orthodontics. I could not be happier with the service provided for both of my children and myself. The staff could not be nicer and the appointment reminder system is great. They even have special events throughout the year for their patients. Really excellent place and worth every penny!

Highly recommend to anyone!! All of the staff is great, very courteous and professional and Dr. Beth is the best!! We always feel very welcomed as soon as we walk in the door. My daughter loves them all!
