We have been so happy with the Chesterfield office. Everyone has been so kind and easy to work with. My son's appointment to get braces was seamless - you started on time and it took exactly as long as you predicted. He was not nervous at all. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Rodabough and the staff in Wentzville! My son has been through his first phase of braces and I am "lucky" enough be in braces again as an adult. Neither my son or I have been a "textbook" case. We have definitely had some challenges in our treatment, but we have always been kept a part of the conversation with the treatment plan and revision plans. The staff have always been wonderfully friendly. Having braces is never the most enjoyable experience, but this office makes it 'almost' fun. I always enjoy coming in and seeing everyone. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, they are wonderful!

We switched to Bankhead after a horrible experience at another office. They took my daughter right in with no hesitation. We love it there and their staff. I feel like we are in such good hands and can't wait to see the end result!

We felt welcome and at ease as soon as we walked through the front door. During my daughters initial consult for treatment, the entire staff (rather working directly with us or passing us during our awesome tour of the office) greeted us with a smile and helped to calm any nerves of my 8 year old. Every aspect of potential treatment as well as procedures during initial consult were explained in detail. Dr. Bankhead does an amazing job of making everyone in the family (including a younger sibling) feel welcome, at ease and excited about orthodontia treatment! He involved our kids in the exams and asked for their help as well as encouraged their questions. I have never seen an 8 year old so excited to get braces! I would have given this review 10 stars if Dr. Bankhead was the one to apply the braces. Bonus: the Kids Club! My daughter is so excited to earn points for prizes! Thank you Dr. Bankhead and staff!

We just love Bankhead! The staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly. They take time to get to know my daughter - she's not just another mouth in the chair. They are good to keep me informed about what to expect and they work us in when needed for minor emergencies. We love the contests and reward system they have set up. We just can't recommend them enough!
