Bought hearing aids at this establishment three years ago. Yes overall it was a good experience at fitst. You see my wife and I have small children these hearing aids take the tiny bottle cap batt. They are deadly to kids when put into mouth. These hearing aids drained the batt. every couple of hours, impossible not to drop. After finding children with them I put mine up and latter my wife did too. We got rid of both sets after we got tired of them sitting. We get a disturbing call from these chicks at this establishment, angry like we did something wrong, ranting about warranty and cussing on the phone. Stay far away from these people!
