The people there are very rude. I complain twice before to their managers about the customer service and they did nothing. I feel as if some of them are rascist. Just saying everytime we go there we have problems. One time we were locked and in the Gardening area and a associate seen us and did nothing but told us to go around. She did not make sure we got in. we were stuck for 15 mins.

I've seen fresh produce dropped on the floor and then picked up and mixed in with stuff on display. Also, there has been times where I call them and no one will answer the phone. I'm the kind of person that will let the phone wring at least 10 times. Also, numerous employees will complain about their working conditions loud enough that customers can hear them. I could go on, but you get the idea.

Pharmacy really does not take into consideration the customer. Today my husband had same day surgery. The Doctor called in a prescription about 2 pm. When the hospital released him at 4 p.m. they said that they had called ahead so that the prescription would be ready for us to pick up. At 4:45 p.m. I went to the Pharmacy and was told that it wasn't ready as they were really busy. (Tuesday afternoon, only saw about 4 other customers). I waited about 10 minutes and then went back to the counter and they had not started filling the order yet. My husband was sitting in the hot car after surgery. We have had problems time and time, often not having scripts filled when we have even called ahead. It's time for us to find a new Pharmacy.
