At first I thought I was so lucky to have this dentist right down the street. When I got there they scheduled a cleaning... Two weeks after the cleaning my teeth still ached and hurt and up to a week after my face was swollen. Then they said I had some cavities, when they went to fix one of my cavities they put a clamp that was supposed to go under your teeth to hold a green sheet that kept spit from blurring the dentists view. He missed the clamp and it went straight into my gums (I was unable to speak to tell him it hurt). Then he didn't shave my tooth down near enough to fix the bite. My bite has been off for over a year and I keep going back to get it fixed. Next where he missed and put the clamp on my jaw, an infection started. I went back 3 different times to get some help. first they told me that my tooth was dying. then they discovered it was two teeth. (rare for two teeth to die side by side). Then they kept testing it over and over all the same tests to see which would cause pain.. this would put me in pain for weeks.. its been over a year that ive been dealing with this and recently I just went to my family doctor to get antibiotics because this dentist was too dumb to do something about it... DONT GO HERE!!!!

The dentist and his staff are so friendly and care about helping you with your dental emergency as soon as possible. I was able to get looked at the same day and was a new patient. I was just so impressed with the kindness of Dr. Kilbane and his whole staff.
