My chicken tenders were old and dried out. Called the store spoke with an assistant manager I asked was she the manager she said no I am the assistant manager no name was given. Anyway told her what happened and there no refund or offer to replace food. I NEVER GO BACK.

Thankyou Pratt Walmart customer service staff ~! You are all fantastic and very diligent when it comes to children who may become momentarily unattended or get lost. My daughter's family was staying at the nearby motel, when they became ill with a stomach virus and were resting. My little 5 yr old granddaughter was the last one to get sick, but before she did, she wandered out and over to Walmart wanting to buy her baby sister a gift to make her feel better. Realizing she was missing, her father began searching the parking lot along with motel staff joining the search and he was then heading over towards Walmart, as my daughter called the police. When the police answered their phone, they told her that her daughter was at the customer service desk at Walmart,as my son in law arrived to find her safe with the customer service staff. She had never wandered away before this and now understands it was a very dangerous thing to do and wont ever do it again. While the whole ordeal transpired in just a few minutes, it was a potential tragedy that was averted thanks to the staff at Walmart. Thankyou Walmart ~! Keep up your diligence concerning children. You made a big difference that could have very well saved her life. God bless every one of you for taking care of my granddaughter til her dad arrived.
