For a store that is supposed to be one of the newer ones, I find it very unsettling. The Chinese deli, is inundated with flies, and the food looked dry and sitting there for a while. I didn't try the other hot foods, since my bad experience of the lack of choices , but for chicken. The customer service sucks. I found myself bagging. Ask for double paper, and the clerks will become confused, and have a hard time figuring out how to put one bag into another. I'd figure I might try this store again, bad decision on my part. I don't blame anyone but management. They are lacking in this store. The problems are obvious, but they seem not to care. I am not going back ever.

I'm not sure why we go here anymore. You end up paying more and the one thing that you would think Dillions would have they don't. Customer service. Third straight time we ended up bagging our own food. Why not fire everyone and go automated self checkout. It's almost that same level of service now. Last time I'm going here. Edit: My wife went there again and the same great service. When she went to check the lady ended up playing with her cell phone while my wife bagged her own items. Poorest service of any store I have ever seen. This store sucks.

Please, Please avoid going to this establishment, I beg of you. Terrible customer service and a supervisor kept telling me to quote: "Ride the Train!" Everyone there was using a fake southern accent and it was very offensive. Upon entering the store it seems like any other supermarket until slowly you feel as though you are losing your soul and then finally contemplate suicide after spending more than 1 hour inside of the store.

Decent staff. Decent organic department. Fairly good customer service. Always help with self checkout if you ask.

I love this store! I use to drive here from Goddard, then from Schulte. I have lived several places in Wichita and tried several stores and always end up going back to this one. I like the way its arranged and the staff are always friendly and very helpful!
