I heard that Dr. Ketterman was a good doctor, however she was not accepting new patients so I made an appointment with the other doctor, Dr. Zafur. She was nice but didn't do much to help my situation or do much to even look at my situation. And the receptionists there even when calling in are rude, and in person they are rude. I called today hoping to pay my bill over the phone, which I haven't even gotten yet but was reaching my deadline to be paid back through my insurance, and they don't even have telephone payment service or anything. Not to mention they didn't care about my situation. Very bad customer service and I will NOT return. Not worth the waiting time or the money.
