I had to have a root canal performed by Dr. Brasher a year ago. I was told it would be done in two parts and I would need to pay for each half before the work was done. I paid the 395.00 dollars for the first half. Then things happened and I had to delay the second half to finish. They started billing me for the second half that he had not performed yet! I thought, this is odd but I will call and get it straightened out. I called someone in billing, who agreed it must be a billing error and told me they would look into it. Then I received another bill for the work that hadn't been done. I called back several times and was told that they expected payment on the other half. I was amazed at the arrogance! Who bills for work they haven't done? We'll apparently the Brashears. They have recently sent me a court summons to explain to a judge why I won't pay for work that hasn't been done. This should be interesting. I'll post a follow up when I get the verdict.
