Despite being understaffed they continue to show outstanding service and dedication to helping their customers, those of you that wrote a bad review you won't be missed cause your just 1 less ass in the line.
One of my biggest pet peeves....bad customer service. I have been a customer at CVS in Georgetown for over 10 years. 90% of the time I am satisfied with their service. Today I called to have any prescriptions that Barry and I have due to please fill them and we would pick them up in a couple of hours. Two different techs/people put me on hold...both over 8 minutes each time...then after the second hold they hang up on me...I called back and when the person answered I told them I was put on hold a couple of times and then was cut off and I just need some scripts filled...I was very polite because I knew she was not the person I had spoke with earlier...she got defensive...told me how busy they were and how difficult it had been there this morning and her tone and shortness in her voice was offensive, like I was nobody...not an apology of I'm so sorry this has happened to you and maybe I can help you....so I politely said...I'll call back later....well as I hung up the phone she was saying no, no, I can help you....now I have to provide customer service daily and believe me, there can be some stressful days but a negative tone, smart reply and attitude burns me up. I know things can happen and I respect that...I am a nurse...but don't have some smart attitude with me because you have a busy day....I am your customer and I did not have an attitude with one of your employees....now I am considering transferring my business elsewhere because this has happened a couple of times lately....not good for business...no matter what business you are in....ok, I'm done. — feeling annoyed.
The slowest most disorganized pharmacy I have ever been too! This is my last trip EVER!!
