I decided to stop in to be seen by this clinic as my regular doctor was unable to schedule me in. It was around 6:30 when I walked in to the clinic. I asked some questions about what was needed as I have never used a walk in clinic before. The receptionist was not very friendly/rude and made it seem as if I was interrupting her. I wasn't feeling very good and wasn't in the mood to explain good customer service so I immediately left. Using my phone I found out that Walmart has a walk in clinic. I went there and could not have been more satisfied. I would not recommend this place unless you have no alternative or don't like walmart.

My daughter moved to Glasgow over the summer and I carried her on my insurance until her's from her new job took effect. She had a medical issue arise and went to this clinic. She could not find her insurance card and they told her she would have to pay up front, she paid and was seen. My past experiences with any medical facility, the staff would get with the primary card holder and get the information either verbally, fax or verify with the insurance company. When my daughter came home for a visit, she gave me the bill and the clinic's information. I called and spoke with the receptionist at the Urgent Clinic and obtained the fax number to fax my insurance card. I inquired why they didn't contact me or the insurance company to verify all the information and I was told it was their policy not to do this and something else that did not make sense. My response was this is the first facility I have ever encountered that didn't try to help the patient out. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt based on my daughter's comments about them, but after speaking with them, I concur that they are less than helpful and the receptionist to be abrasive.

Had a friend who took her little 6 year old boy to the Urgent Care Clinicin Glasgow, Kentucky; last night (September 24th). The sign on the door said they were open until 8:00 P.M.; she got inside at 5 minutes til 7:00 P.M.. The woman behind the window opened up the windowandtold her they were closed and that she would have to bring him back in the morning. This is the third time that I personally knowingof this happening in the past week. Also; they have no one, or place to contact in the event some one desires to register a complaint.

One of the better places if you are sick and don't have a normal doctor or if outside normal doctor hours. Sometimes the wait can be long but that is just because of the number of people that come there. Very nice staff and doctors. Note the google map location is a little off. The true location is Cleveland Av. and Austin Av. just off of Rogers Wells Blvd.

Had to wait 2 hours on a Tuesday morning. Very slow but they took care of my husband.
