I received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced from one of the stores managers of all people. The employee working did his best to help me but when the manager finally decided to see if the employee needed help she had already walked past the department three times and did not even ask if everything was alright. When she finally decided to stop she was extremely rude to me. I am an employee of Walgreens in a different state and I thought they trained and picked their managers better than that. I will no longer be shopping at this store. I hope for her employee's sake she becomes a little friendlier if she is going to continue her work in customer service.

The pharmacists are very kind, but their techs are SO RUDE. They lost my prescription that had to be faxed TWICE while they were back behind the counter eating cheetos instead of doing their jobs. They have been rude everytime I've been in there. I now go late at night so I know I'll get one of the pharmacists because like I said, they're great... the techs are AWFUL.
