I have been seeing this man for over 2 years. He is awesome. Yes sometimes you have to wait a bit as in any Dr. Office. He is a no BS straight forward Dr. That is what is awesome about him. And he is no longer in the Byrd Clinic and that is awesome also. He has his own office and takes good care of his patients.

I took my 3 year old son in for his check up. We waited over an hour to see the doctor for 5 minutes of his time. (I was told it took so long due to them having to call insurance company to check on coverage). His bedside manner with children is poor at best. The following day I called to bring my 2 year old in (he was up that night with what sounded like croup), they would NOT see him. Told me to take him to the ER. No quality here in this office, none. The nurses/receptionists were less than helpful and not one of them was kind or welcoming.
