Don t do it! Drive into BR. Yes, they are friendly, I have been three times and each time I was charge more than was told I would be. Fine! If you are going to do more than you thought, explain to me. Tell me what it will cost me before you do it! Dont let me wait until I get the business office person! What, am I supposed to fuss the business office people? No....... explain, communicate Smiling and being polite only gets you so far.
