I found the staff rude and not courteous. Upon entering the office no one greeted us and upon our exiting the handling of checkout was rude and obnoxious. I did not know there was a balance due and the way we were informed was just flat out rude. It went so far as the lady sitting at the desk farthest from the counter grumbled under her breath while walking away from the desk while we stood there and waited for what's next. No one said anything and it was like they expected us to know when we were done at the counter. We will not be recommending them anytime soon .
