I will say that I went to Pelican yesterday due to a migraine headache I could not break after 3 days and trying to get relief myself... I waited about 45 minutes to go to the back, another 20 for the Dr. who REAKED of cigarette smoke only to tell me "Oh shit, I have nothing that can help you".... Really???? First off, don't curse at me.... That's very unprofessional... Second, I told you who my neuro was... CALL THEM to see what you should do if you don't know what to do!!!

I've been here for 2hrs waiting in pain.then had to wait another hr hurting I hate this place.last place I'm ever coming to again.

Omg so I'm from st.Louis inn the area for my job and had a fever of 101*and severe stomach pain after I Sat in the waiting room for 45min the doctor was very rude and didn't do anything for me and it 1hr later and I wasted my time going there all they did was take my temperature and blood pressure and sent me on my way.

staff at front desk was adequate...nurse,Linda/Nick, was accomodating/helpful. Dr. Laderer, however, didn't appear to be aware of my distress/uncertain what kind of virus this was. That's understandable with so many strains..but he places me on a steroid and 3 nights of a cough syrup. I'm still not well..coughing persistently, malaise, some fever. I phone\ back and he refuses to fill any more of the cough syrup (with coedine so I can rest at night) but calls in a robitussin counterpart. 2 weeks later and I'm still miserable...going to Doctors Urgent Care where I read wonderful reviews. This is not the first time Dr. Laderer has disappointed someone in our family who went to him for care.
