Gardner Dental Group
Reviews
I have gone here for the past 2.5 years. (along with my husband and son). I have yet to see the same dentist twice. They seem to have a high turn over in dentists. I went 6 months ago and had a x-ray done where I was told I had 1 cavity. I didn't have it filled because I became pregnant. I went back 6 months later for my cleaning and a NEW dentist looked at the same x-ray I had 6 months prior and found 5 more cavities. I feel like there is NO way this is possible since I brush 2x a day, floss and use mouth wash. After the visit I found a new dentist office for my family. I think there is some very poor managed employees working there. On the positive side, I did really enjoy the hygienist and I saw her every time. I will miss her.
Dentist was good to explain everything in detail. My first visit to the Gardner Dental Group left an everlasting impression especially with my daughter who liked the hygienist a lot. She started brushing twice since then. Front desk girl was not so courteous hence 4 stars....
Terrible experience. I had a wisdom tooth extraction preformed. The doctor had multiple surgeries going on at once. I was in extreme pain for over a week, I suspected a fractured jaw, and they only prescribed me two days worth of pain medication (800mg of Motrin). I tried to call multiple times to speak to the doctor who did my surgery, but he was to busy and never got back to me. I had to go to the emergency room. Only doctors with degrees from third world countries at this office. I am getting an HIV test to be on the safe side.
Its the only place that will take my kids dental. So I guess I will have to deal with their unrealistic cancellation policy.
Unprofessional, unempathetic, but real quick with the bill!
