In a recent 11 day stay at Heywood, I experienced the most competent, caring and skilled doctors, nurses and aides I've ever had. Everyone I came in contact with was top-notch. My surgery was successful and the follow-thru care amazing. Highly recommend.

rude unprofessional, way tooooo many "mistakes" discharged me under someone elses name and gender I am male not female very unprofessional staff joking around and talking about patients no common courtesy here. go to another hospital you will get better care their TRUST ME!

Great ER at this hospital -- better experience here than at UMASS or Med City in Worcester, or MGH in Boston. They stay safely within their capabilities and don't put patients at risk by trying to do things that shoulod be left for larger, more specialized facilities They're also good at keeping you moving through the ER and not wasting your time. No multi-hour waiting here!

i used to work at heywood not only is this new president and all his cronnies ruining the hospital the doctors get anything they want and the way they treat other employees the hospital for the most part treat guests and visitors like crap,in our department meeting last week our new boss mr grimer said we get no-profit tax status, but we need to make more profit they are by far the worst hospital around and yet the powers that be say we`re the best in the state stay away at all costs it literally can cost you your life these doctors make mistakes regulary

Heywood hospital sucks. The wait is too long. The doctors don't even treat you right. I went in for back pain and they gave me allergy medicine.
