New to area. Upside: Very clean, aisles wide and well labeled. Found all staff interfaced with thus fsr to be friendly and helpful especially at the deli. Bought a 12" Italian sub there for $5 which was excellent with much more meat than Subwsy's offerings. Downside: Found Shaw's app online, downloaded it and attempted to use their shopping list, upc scanner, and online coupon sections of app while in store. Kept crashing and losing connectivity except when in front nesr doors. Didn't give credit for online coupons used at checkout. App quite useless.

Worst customer service EVER!

Extremely clean store! Aisles nicely spaced. Produce always fresh. Prices too high though.

Over priced...hello...theres a recession going on
